How Escape The Scroll works, in plain language.
1. What You are Signing Up For
Escape The Scroll (ETS) is a digital product. It's videos, frameworks, community access, and resources to help you break the scroll. By purchasing, you're agreeing to these terms.

3. Your Access
With your ₹999 one-time payment, you get:
- Access to ETS videos and downloadable materials (as available)
- Community access for as long as we run it.
- Content and frameworks available while ETS is offered.
- Any new content added after your purchase.
How it works: This is a one-time purchase. If payment fails, you won't get access. ETS lives on our platform; it’s not a personal copy you own. If your account is terminated for breaking the rules, access ends with no refund.
4. Payments & Refunds
Non-refundable: One-time payments are final for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse.
We only refund if:
- You never got access or the credentials don't work within 24 hours of first purchasing
- Videos don't play, are corrupted, or over 50% of promised content is missing (with proof)
- The platform is down for 30+ straight days within 60 days of purchase
- The charge was unauthorized or fraudulent (after investigation)
To request a refund, email xhinetech@gmail.com with proof. We reply within 7 business days; approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Payments run through Whop and their terms; we don’t store your card.
5. Content Ownership
All ETS content (videos, text, images, frameworks, logos) belongs to XHINE Technologies.
Allowed: Personal learning only. Not allowed:
- Copying, recording, or redistributing content
- Sharing your login
- Reselling, repackaging, or claiming authorship
- Using frameworks commercially without written permission
- Presenting our methods as your own
If you break this: We can remove your access and community membership.
6. Your Account
Keep your credentials private, your info accurate, and your device secure. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. If you suspect a breach, tell us right away.
7. What’s Not Okay
In the course and community, do not:
- Break any laws
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
- Spam or pitch unrelated products/services
- Hack, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform
- Scrape or automate data collection
- Violate privacy or intellectual property
We can remove you immediately if you do.
8. Ending Your Account
You: Email xhinetech@gmail.com to delete your account; access ends, no refund.
Us: We can suspend or terminate for breaking these terms, sharing credentials, harassment, or behavior that threatens the community or platform. No refund if terminated.
9. Disclaimers & Limits
ETS is “as is.†We don’t promise specific results, income, or life changes; uninterrupted or error-free access; or that ETS fits every situation.
Your results are on you: What you get out depends on your effort and consistency. XHINE isn’t liable for personal, financial, or health outcomes from using or not using ETS.
Liability cap: Our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last three months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
We use your email and account data to deliver ETS, give you community access, and communicate. We don’t sell your data. Payments are handled by Whop. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Changes
We may update these terms or change the service. Updates apply when posted. If you keep using ETS after changes, you accept the new terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and XHINE for ETS.
